• Using client’s own horse – private or semi-private
• Using a First Estate Equestrian Centre lesson horse – private

• Training ride
• Young horse/breaker 

• 1 In/out stable per horse including cleaning and bedding
• Automatic water to be checked and cleaned daily
• 2 hard feeds per day plus hay (supplied by agistee)
• Supplements/medication given as required (supplied by agistee)
• Private paddock turnout (weather permitting)
• 1 hour per day on the horse walker (if paddocks are wet)
• Rug changes as required
• Co-ordination of Farrier, Dentist and Veterinary care when required (billed to agistee)
• Use of the indoor arena, outdoor show jumping arena, grooming bays, wash bay and designated tack room/feed room.
